A Harvard business review study looked at the findings coming out of the 2008 recession - they were stark.
17% of businesses didn’t survive the recession at all and those that survived found it painfully slow with about 80% not returning to their pre-recession growth rates even three years later.
Only a small number of businesses, approximately 9% FLOURISHED, doing better than they did before - WILL THAT BE YOU?
Those winners aren’t the usual suspects - cutting costs wasn’t the answer, overly investing wasn’t the answer, growth leaders weren’t necessarily retaining their momentum.
The businesses who fell into that group were those who implemented defensive and offensive strategic moves in their business - they were the WINNERS.
Going into crisis mode is too defensive - Ignoring the advice is too offensive. A combination strategy of a little offence and a little defence is the perfect balance.
Yes, making cut backs is essential, but investment in the right support is equally as essential if you want to emerge from an economic downturn as a LEADER.

Here are the answers to some of our most commonly asked questions.
When do I get access to the membership
You will have immediate access to the membership portal and the community, with a selection of templates ready for you to download and use immediately and new content added every month.
How long do I have access for?
You will have access for as long as your membership enrollment is active, anything you access and download is your's to keep subject to the terms and conditions of the membership.
Is there a minimum membership term?
The membership term is on a rolling monthly or annual basis with a minimum of 1 calendar months notice if you decide it's not right for you (full details are included in the terms and conditions)
Do I have to be on Facebook?
The community is hosted on Facebook, but you will have access to all content and recordings of the live weekly Q&A via your membership area. So no being on Facebook isn't a requirement, but it's a great way to get involved with our community of supportive, honest and ambitious business owners.
Will there be recordings of any live sessions?
All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to your secure members area, if you can make it to a live session that's even better as you will be able to ask questions and get answers straight away.
